Career and Technical Education (CTE) prepares students for postsecondary education and career success. Instructors are critical in preparing students for global workforce success throughout a variety of career paths. There are three components that prepare a student for college and career: academic and technical skills; leadership through Career and Technical Education Student Organizations (CTSOs); and work-based learning.
