Carl Perkins

CESA 10 provides comprehensive leadership and coordination to support consortium districts in maximizing the impact of Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act (Perkins V) funding. 

Through strategic planning, CESA 10 works alongside districts to align local applications with regional workforce needs, high-skill/high-wage career pathways, and state and federal requirements. 

This includes guidance on needs assessments, budget development, and allowable use of funds to ensure investments are both compliant and impactful. By streamlining processes and offering technical assistance, CESA 10 reduces administrative burden while strengthening the overall quality and consistency of CTE programming across the consortium.

Consortium members benefit from shared resources, regional initiatives, and access to innovative practices that expand student opportunities, including career pathways, work-based learning, and equitable access to high-quality programs.
